From groundbreaking apps to revamped websites, 2024 has been a whirlwind of innovation!
ContractAlert, an application that made sure no contract slipped through the cracks, while TimeSync, an Application that kept employee check-ins on point. Change Management Application made transitions smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter, and IT Helpdesk, a solution developed with Microsoft power pages rescued IT teams from tech headaches.
Upgrades
But wait—upgrades stole the spotlight too! Employee Leave App waved goodbye to paperwork, The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) App turned data into action, and a Signature App added a digital magic touch to documents. And let’s not forget the web front—brand-new sites like Turbotech.ng and Img-ng.com came to life, while fan favorites like Interstellarng.com, Datagaje.com, and Greenellar.com got a sleek makeover.

Team Expansion
In total,
10 new team members
joined our organization in 2024: two IT/SIWES trainees, one contract staff, and seven permanent staff.
Community Connection
We built our community strength by appreciating and celebrating our staff alongside acknowledging our partners by engaging with them. Among such events are the Visit to Hiperdist Partnership Event, International Men’s Day Celebration, Staff Birthday Celebration, International Women’s Day Celebration, and the Staff Games Day.

We had issues with tracking clients’ support requests, and we overcame this challenge by developing our IBSL support hub.
We created the TimeSync app to track staff attendance, enabling sign-in and sign-out even on remote workdays. It replaced our traditional biometric system with a more flexible and efficient solution.
